Enabled GZIP Compression

GZIP compression applied in Padawan Staging and Production for faster site loading speed.

We have updated the NGINX server to use gzip compression by default for text/javascript/xml/svg mime types in Padawan staging and production. Please contact the Padawan team in the Padawan Help Channel if you experience any issues related to gzip compression.
